The Employee Experience Gap research report from Havas People is out, and I’m super proud we’ve been able to help them with that one. Here is why:
From a research operations point, it was quite a big and complex project with a big vision and impact behind it.
Employees surveyed: 5,614
In-depth interviews after the survey: 29
Markets: US, UK, India, Singapore, Australia
The survey included 58 questions, with some using our innovative AI-driven “probing” techniques to dig deeper into the open-ended responses. This allowed us to gather around 38,000 employee quotes and uncover nuances and richer insights that traditional surveys often miss.
Besides the Conversational AI in the survey itself, the Havas People team also used our AI Coding to analyse those 38,000 employee quotes and then play with different AI PPT reports.
The whole team from Havas was just super open and innovative in exploring and using our AI features and were equally pushing us to strive together for research excellence and innovation.
In the end, they developed a research masterpiece into what employees from all over the globe want from their EX.
