AI has already improved the process of market research significantly, but replacing human respondents with AI respondents is a complex topic.
Some say it will never happen. Why would you build your business without feedback from real humans?
Some say it’s the future. It will reduce costs and time, and AI models will match what humans would say anyway.
Probably the truth is somewhere in the middle. I believe there are cases where AI synthetic data can help. At Peekator, we are working on one.
But one thing is for sure. Everyone thinking they’ll just plug in ChatGPT and build an interface with an API is not going to get far.
