We're excited to bring the power of AI directly into our surveys. Let me show you how the setup works.
1.) Goal - We need to tell the AI the goal of the conversation with the respondent. What do we want to find out? The more specific, the better.
2.) Number of Follow-up Attempts - Specify how many follow-up questions the AI will ask after the initial question. These follow-ups will vary based on the respondent's answers. We suggest setting 2-4 follow-ups. The AI will use these attempts to achieve the conversation's goal. After the follow-ups, the AI will thank the respondent and end the conversation politely.
3.) Do Not Mention Specific Suggestions (Toggle On/Off) - Enable this toggle to prevent the AI from guiding the respondent toward a specific outcome. If you prefer the AI to provide tips to help the respondent achieve the conversation’s goal, leave the toggle off.
4.) Question - This is the initial question, which will be the same for all respondents and will start the conversation.
You can implement Conversational AI as a question type within a standard Peekator survey, in addition to 19 other question types. You can also set conditions on previous questions to use Conversational AI as a follow-up.
