Platform Update 05/2024

As always, you know we love to develop our platform based on your needs, so feel free to reach out with any feedback or new ideas. 🙏🏻

What was done in April:

• We finished the design and UX of our new cross-tabs feature - check how it looks at the end of this email.
• We added a new question type, multiple open-ends, which means you can insert, for example, 3 boxes for 3 answers on the same screen.
• We made improvements for handling internal panels.
• We added new panels, which we constantly do to improve our reach and speed of collection around the globe.
• We implemented a new data quality check system around logic checks of the answers. This will be our 14th data quality step!

What's next in line:

• Crosstabs! - we'll be sharing the first version of it until the end of May!

Next down the line:

• Global Peekator survey going in 20+ countries - we'll be surveying the general population focusing on media consumption, learning, and sports. We'll share more information soon.
• Revamp of insights builder - refreshing the graphs and looks of it.
• Improving survey/respondent experience - we'll be improving and refreshing the looks of it.
• Additional features for multi-market research - translations, one dashboard for all, etc.
• Implementing conversational AI - open-ends are going to have the ability to ask respondents back a question based on their answer.
• AI Audience predictions - based on selected filters from your survey, we are going to be able to recommend the likelihood of interest in certain categories outside the scope of your survey.
