As we expanded our engineering team, the last period was extremely productive, and we plan to keep the same pace! 🏃🏻♂️
What was done in May-August:
Major Updates
- Cross Tabs! - Read more about it in the link below or watch the explanation video at the end.
Other Updates
- Cloning QNR is now available—you can build templates that you can then copy and edit for a new project (or use past surveys as well).
- For MaxDiff question type: New results and calculations in Insights Builder (including a new export option).
- You can now use filters on Grid questions in Insights Builder.
- Numeric and Distribute Items to Numbers question types have been refined and improved.
- The Multiple Text question type is fully released—an open-ended question type with multiple fields to enter text.
- Added additional options to the Open-End question: show a single line and make it optional.
- We've added "Always show as mobile version" to the Grid question.
Improvements
- Over 40 new enhancements across the platform to fix bugs and boost overall performance.
- Added multiple new panels to expand reach and improve data quality.
What's next in line:
- Conversational AI - Open-ends will have the ability to engage in a mini chat with the respondent based on your set goals. - Coming later this week! 🔥
Next down the line:
- AI Summary - After every survey, you will have a new tab where the results will be summarised and analysed by AI, along with actions and recommendations.
- Revamp of Insights Builder - Refreshing the graphs and overall design.
- Improving Survey/Respondent Experience - We'll be enhancing and updating the look and feel.
