After the release of Conversational AI, we have been working for a longer period on how to effectively analyse now hundreds and thousands of mini conversations inside a survey.
We are proud to announce today our AI Coding, which will analyse any text response you get in the Peekator platform, from Conversational AI to standard open ends.
Let me show you how it works! 👇🏻
1.) On any of the text-based question types (Conversational AI, Open-ended, and Multiple Open-ended), you now have a button for AI auto-coding.
2.) A wizard opens, and the first step is to create categories. You can use our AI to suggest categories based on the answers, or you can even write down your own categories, and the AI will try to categorise the answers into those (you can have multiple categories).
3.) Based on the given answers from the survey, AI will suggest categories for coding. You can review them and remove some or add additional ones.
4.) After you confirm the categories, AI will now go through all the answers to that question and place/code them into the given categories.
When it's done, you'll see a full list of all the coded answers in categories. Some of them will be in multiple categories, and you can easily move some of the answers manually if you feel so.
5.) For the end, you just confirm, and you get a graph with percentages of coded categories. You always have the option to edit categories or answers and create a new set of categories!
A thing to point out is that you can use coded categories as filters in combination with other results in the Insights Builder.
And they will be included in all other features of the Peekator platform, like the AI PPT report and AI Summary.
This all comes after an intense period of working, testing, and iterating, so we are really happy to release it to our clients.
