Introducing Peekator Campaigns
Managing your email and SMS campaigns just got a whole lot easier. With Peekator’s brand new campaign dashboard, everything you need is now in one place. Whether you’re sending surveys, tracking responses, or building personalised messages — we’ve got you covered. Here’s a quick walkthrough of what you can do and how to get started.
Your Central Hub for Campaigns
Once you’re logged into your Peekator account, head over to the “Campaigns” tab. This is where you’ll find the brand-new campaign dashboard — your home base for monitoring and managing both email and SMS campaigns.
At-a-Glance Performance Insights
On the dashboard, you’ll get a clear overview of how your campaigns are doing. Use the time filters to check results across different dates, and keep an eye on key performance indicators like:
- Emails/SMS Sent
- Open Rates
- Click Rates
- Response Rates
You can also see the status of each campaign and filter by status or date. Super handy when you’re juggling multiple projects.
Ready to Launch? Let’s Build a Campaign
Creating a new campaign is simple:
- Click “Add Campaign” and give your campaign a name.
- Pick a survey to link to — this is the project your audience will respond to.
- Schedule when it should go live and how long the link should stay active.
- Upload your contacts using a CSV file (you can drag-and-drop or click to upload).
Just make sure your file includes a unique client ID and any email addresses or phone numbers you want to use. Peekator will automatically parse the data and give you a preview to double-check everything.
Personalise Your Messaging
Once your contacts are uploaded, it’s time to craft your message. Choose your channel (email or SMS), and either select a saved template or start from scratch. Fill in:
- Subject line
- Header text
- Body of the message
You can personalise your messages using variables from your uploaded file — things like names, email addresses, and unique IDs. These can also be used as query strings to customise the survey experience.
Want to go a step further? You can even add custom code for deeper personalisation and real-time previews let you see exactly how your message will look.
Send a Test, Add More Notifications, or Launch!
Before going live, send yourself a test email to make sure everything looks good. You’ll also get a preview of how your variables appear in real messages.
Need to send more than one message in a sequence? Click “Add Another Notification” and repeat the process.
When everything’s ready, choose to save as a draft (if you want to come back to it later), or click Review and Launch to go live.
Managing Existing Campaigns
Back at the dashboard, you can manage all your existing campaigns. Whether you want to:
- Edit
- Clone
- Archive
